North & Mid Wales Service Innovation Winner

Conwy & Denbighshire NHS Trust – Mr Steve Cottrell. Mr Cottrell has developed a computerised cognitive behaviour therapy package, called Outreach –Online. This is designed to be delivered over the web, allowing patients with common mental health problems to seek help in a more relaxed setting.
